Wendy Corbett has worked for The International Herald Tribune, Asia/Pacific Region, Progress Press Printing in Australia, Reed Midland Newspapers in the UK, and she has worked as a senior multimedia designer for The South Worcestershire Joint Core Strategy for Urban Environment and Economic Development.
Wendy is now an independent content creative and Associate Lecturer at the University of Worcester. She is the co-creator and design lead for susthingsout.com, The University of Worcester’s online sustainability magazine which is co-created by staff and students (as part of a ‘earn as you learn’ scheme). The digital magazine format shares the story of how The University of Worcester community are acting across curriculum, campus, and community to combat climate change and its impacts by 2030.
susthingsout.com earned recognition in the academic world via three academic papers and conference presentations on its successes.
Wendy Corbett studied MA Design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London, Graphic and Multimedia Design at Worcester Art College and Creative Digital Media at the University of Worcester.
